Black Milk Announces New Live Instrumental Album w/ "The Rebel"
Over the last few months, Black Milk has dazzled with sneak releases of loosies that range from the trap-laced "Like I Need It All" to the regenerative "Jan. 1st." But it was the three-track live instrumental EP, Sunday Outtakes, that really got us thinking. What if the Motor City maestro put out a record comprised solely of live and direct instrumentation, mirroring the top-shelf musicianship of his live band (Nat Turner) and show? Well, it appears we won't have to wait too much longer, as a new album with these precise sentiments has been announced.
On April 4th, Black Milk will release a ten-track exhibit of his and Nat Turner's frequency-bending fortitude with the arrival of The Rebellion Sessions. And best of all, the announcement comes along with the non-album cut "The Rebels" for you get a taste before the record even drops.
