Chromeo Drop Hilarious In-Flight Safety Video + Announce 'Frequent Flyer' Tour
Chromeo cements their Mallard Air partnership with a Funny or Die in-flight safety video featuring their glitzy funk-pop single "Frequent Flyer" off the recently released and critically-adored White Women LP. The shiny new single gets a light-hearted and apt visual featuring the electric duo assisting in pre-flight proceedings as an attendant runs through the "exits are located at the front and rear of the plane" routine. Kinda like Airplane meets Soul Plane if Jean-Luc Goddard had his wits behind it.
The video drops in perfect time, as the boys are getting ready to launch their late Summer/Fall tour, taking their high-voltage stage show all over the states and Canada. We actually had the pleasure of catching up with the fellas a few weeks ago to rap with them about the album, their influences and more, so be sure to keep a look out for that in the coming days.
