Poet, songwriter, producer and music exec D.Prosper just hit us with his new full-length LP Atom 12.12.12.--a free project which features cameos and beats from Jay Electronica, Flying Lotus, and the homie Rashad "Tumblin Dice" Smith among other luminaries. Besides the fact that I am a sucker for conspiracy theories and ghetto orientalism (pyramids, politics and fly girls in headscarves all over this thing) this project is a very thorough work of musical art. As proof positive of both that fact and of the continued existence of Jay Electronica (his verse here does not count as a full-blown unicorn-sighting in my book--but where there's unicorn droppings, there's unicorns, yo) we offer the Jay Elec feature "Atom Anthem." The ill Bollywood flip on the FlyLo-produced "Elephant Ride" is kinda my joint, also. So since it's a free project I'm just going to go ahead and throw that after the jump as a special hidden groove bonus track to this post.
