As her DJ'ing alter ego Lo Down Loretta Brown, Badu has been known to drop Lil Wayne, Stevie Wonder, Too Short, Outkast and A$AP Rocky within lengthy sets, her knowledge of music both past and present serving as a soundtrack that both educates and gets people moving until they no longer can.
