Round these parts, Emily King is r&b royalty. Even before her unanimously adored The Switch arrived, King had a us in the palm of her hand with her 2011 release Seven, bringing us at least that many shades of acoustically-driven soul. Today, she announces a deluxe edition of her 2015 album (one of the year's best, hands down) will arrive July 8th with three new cuts and a grip of demos. She's also shared the brilliantly funky new cut "BYIMM" via Stereogum as a properly potent warm-up for the release, channeling mid-seventies Stevie Wonder like few can.
