Saul Williams Drops The Sinisterly Poignant New Track "Horn Of The Clock-Bike"
If time has proven anything, it's that Saul Williams has become increasingly difficult to peg down as an artist of any particular discipline, whether musical, visual, performative or in the written form. Late last week, Williams expounded upon the role of political savvy in meaningful, substantive art. Today he's released a new book of poetry, US (a.,) marking his first since 2006's The Dead Emcee Scrolls, and he's done so by accompanying the release with the fresh and sinister, ivory-led cut "Horn Of The Clock-Bike," which premiered along with an excerpt from the book via Stereogum. You can hear Saul Williams' new cut below, but be sure to pick up your copy of the book on Amazon and catch the destroyer of all genre and medium on tour throughout the months of September and October.
