Warren G Summons The Spirit Of Nate Dogg On New G Funk-Fortified Cut "My House"

Warren G Resurrects Nate Dogg On New G Funk-Fortified Cut "My House"

Just yesterday, we learned that one Warren G has a few never-heard Nate Dogg verses up his sleeve and had the intention to bring them into the world with the upcoming sequel to his iconic 1994 debut Regulate...G Funk Era. But while we wait, the OG has slipped us one to twist your knuckles and ankles to in the release of the album's lead-off single (and well ahead of schedule at that) "My House." It's one of those hard-nosed, slightly boogie-blessed concoctions (built on the hook from the '82 Madness cut "Out House") that puts one up for funk's past, present and future, reminding us of an era that won't see its end any time soon. If you missed the announcement, Warren G's Regulate...G Funk Era Pt. 2 EP is due out August 6th with guest spots from the late aforementioned legend Nate Dogg, E-40, Too $hort, Bun B and Young Jeezy all confirmed for the party. You can listen to the Regulator's new cut "My House" down below, just be sure to keep it locked for all that's on its way. Preorder the cut on iTunes today.
