Bill Murray Showed Up At A Lupe Fiasco Show and Demanded Two Encores
Another day, another amazing Bill Murray tale. The iconic comedian, who recently accepted The Kennedy Center's prestigious Mark Twain Prize for American Humor, did another one of his impromptu appearances at a Lupe Fiasco concert last night in Austin, TX, showing some love for his fellow Windy City native.
But according to accounts from the performance, not only did Murray enjoy himself and seem to be there of his own volition, but also demanded not one, buttwo encores from the Fiasco before he left the stage. Even better, unlike most Murray myths, this one was documented extensively by fans and Fiasco himself, who pledged his adoration of Murray in a few tweets and Instagram posts in the hours since the performance. It should be noted that this is far from the first time that Murray and the world of hip-hop have crossed paths. Dude's basically an honorary Wu-Tang member. But now he's emboldened the path of yet another legend.
Check out the fan-captured footage from the evening down below and hope with us all that the legend of Bill Murray continues to expand from here forth.
