Brockhampton Bring Rage to The Locker Room in New "1997 DIANA" Video
Another audiovisual bomb from The American Boyband
Brockhampton has been tested in the months following the departure of rapper Ameer Vann, who was axed from their ranks late last year as allegations of sexual misconduct and emotional abuse surfaced from multiple women. In the months since, the Texan titans have reconfigured, scrapping their SATURATION III follow-up and announcing a new album, the best years of our lives, would take its place in the post-Vann phase.
This week, they shared a riotous new single from the project in "1997 DIANA," accompanied by a rage-for-days clip, directed by the group's ringleader and the creative center, Kevin Abstract. The track follows "1998 TRUMAN," "1999 WILDFIRE," and "tonya," a song that was performed on The Tonight Show with Jazmine Sullivan, serpentwithfeet, and Ryan Beatty.
You can watch the new video for Brockhampton's "1997 DIANA" up top. No word yet on the precise release date for the best years of our lives. Stay tuned for more details.
