Chance The Rapper Is Throwing His Own Music Festival In Chicago And The Line-Up Is Amazing
When it comes to rappers and their respective cities, no one shows more love for hometown than Chance The Rapper. Which is to say that we're sure Chicago was a little head-scratchy when the dates for his Magnificent Coloring World Tour left a suspicious TBD beside its stop on the cross-country romp. Well, it appears Windy City natives need not fret over whether or not Chano would be coming through this fall (as if there were even a shred of doubt) as he's just announced that he'll be bringing not just himself, but the likes of music's biggest stars to his stomping grounds for the inaugural run of his very own Magnificent Coloring Day festival.
The show will take place on September 24th and is slated to feature John Legend, Alicia Keys, Tyler The Creator, Lil Wayne and, of course, Chano in the headlining slot for a show that will certainly be in the books as one of the most impressive line-ups of the year, festival or not. Tickets have yet to go on sale, but we imagine that will be changing shortly. For info on the tour and the Magnificent Coloring Day Festival, hit the link below. If you're even just passing through Chicago, this should be front and center on the docket.
