DC Releases New Teaser Trailer Featuring Footage of Black Adam, The Flash, & More
DCEU shared a trailer for its 2022 slate of Justice Society films. The trailer features footage from upcoming DC movies like Black Adam and The Batman.
This year, Warner Bros. is rolling out a stellar roster of DC movies featuring The Batman, Black Adam, The Flash, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. The company has just released a new super trailer featuring footage from all of those movies.
The 60-second 'Justice Society' trailer begins with a look at Bruce Wayne/Batman (Robert Pattinson) and Selina Kyle/Catwoman (Zoe Kravitz) from Matt Reeves-directed The Batman. It also teases Black Adam, The Flash (Ezra Miller), and Aquaman (Jason Momoa) in action. Others set to appear in Black Adam include Atom Smasher (Noah Centineo), nemesis Dr. Fate (Pierce Brosnan), Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell) and Hawkman (Aldis Hodge).
Black Adam was originally slated to debut in the first Shazam! film, but the character got his own franchise. Last year, Johnson spoke withVariety about playing Black Adam.
“This film, this universe has been a gigantic passion project of mine for a very long time,” Johnson said. “The film has without question some of the biggest action sequences I have ever been a part of.”
After The Batman premieres globally on March 4th, Black Adam will be the second film of the new DCEU, debuting on July 29th. The Flash and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom release on November 4th and December 16th, respectively.
The official trailer for Black Adam will premiere during the Super Bowl on Sunday.
