J. Cole, Drake, Usher & Burna Boy to Headline Dreamville Festival 2023
J.Cole has announced the lineup for Dreamville Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina headlined by himself, Drake, Burna Boy and Usher.
The 2023 Dreamville Festival lineup is here. On Tuesday (February 28), label co-founder and artist J. Cole announced that he would be headlining the two-day event along with Usher, Drake and Burna Boy. Those also slated to appear at the Raleigh, North Carolina festival at Dorothea Dix Park from April 1-2 are Lil Durk, City Girls, Key Glock, SiR, Summer Walker, GloRilla, Baby Tate, along with Dreamville Records artists J.I.D., Ari Lennox, Earthgang, Lute, Omen, Cozz and more.
Ahead of the lineup announcement, Dreamville partnered with clothing line Daily Paper for a 'Dream Daily' capsule collection. With models for the line including Bas and Lute, the collection homages the rich history of University of Timbuktu / Sankore and the extensive culture of Africa.
“The collaboration with Daily Paper and Dreamville is a real example of powerhouses coming together with music and fashion at the center,” said label partner and president of apparel, Adam Roy. “We tell stories through music and equally they, with fashion. We’re excited about the opportunity to build something special with one of today’s foremost fashion collectives.”
The 2022 iteration of the Raleigh festival featured Lil Baby, Wale, Rico Nasty, Kehlani, Moneybagg Yo, Ja Rule, Ashanti, and DJ Drama, who brought out legendary collaborators T.I. Lil Wayne and Jeezy. As headliner and final act during the two-day festival, J. Cole commanded the stage, with Dreamville artists J.I.D., Ari Lennox, Lute and more appearing throughout the weekend. Last year's event, which emphasized community, diversity, and inclusivity through local vendors, food trucks and community organizations, drew 80,000 attendees.
