Dwyane Wade To Reunite With LeBron James On The Cleveland Cavaliers
Dwyane Wade has reached a reported one-year, $2.3 million deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
According to NBA reporter Shams Charania, sources have said that Wade has reached a deal with the Cleveland NBA team, meaning that he will be reunited with his former Miami Heat teammate LeBron James. The two will be pursuing their third NBA championship together after three years apart.
Wade, who was originally with the Chicago Bulls, finalized a buyout with the team on Sunday. Several teams were linked to Wade upon him becoming a free agent including the Heat, Oklahoma City Thunder, and San Antonio Spurs. But the NBA star ultimately decided on the Cavaliers.

On Monday, James offered his thoughts on Wade joining the Cavaliers, saying: "It would be great to have Dwayne Wade to join us [with the Cavs], and I'd love to have him with us. He brings another championship DNA and a basketball mind to the team."
During the press conference, James also spoke on Donald Trump, referring to him as "that guy" and anyone that voted for him made a "mistake."
"Even as that guy tries to divide us, he will not do such a thing," the NBA athlete said. "The thing that frustrated me is that he used sports to try and divide us and I'm not going to let one individual—no matter the power—ever use sports as a platform to divide us."
