Watch Flying Lotus, Thundercat & Open Mike Eagle Perform "Ziggy Starfish" On 'Why?' w/ Hannibal Buress
If you haven't caught on already, Why? With Hannibal Buress is very much our kind of show. Between Flying Lotus rocking assorted Street Fighter sounds and his own loosies in between skits and Hiatus Kaiyote's lovely opening theme (an audition we unknowingly hosted at SXSW this year) there's already a whole lot for the heads to soak up in those 30 hilarious minutes. Last night proved no different, as Chicago's Open Mike Eaglegraced the stage to deliver his anti-anxiety raps with the mythical bass-toting sage known as Thundercatin tow on the low-end. The duo and FlyLo rocked Mike's frenzied "Ziggy Starfish" frequency for viewers, marking the shows very first musical guests to grace the stage, a welcome beginning to a tradition we're hoping he uphold in the weeks ahead. If you've yet to catch Hannibal's new show, tune in to Comedy Central at 10:30pm every Wednesday for you weekly dose of the funnies. Watch Flying Lotus, Thundercat & Open Mike Eagle perform "Ziggy Starfish" for a taste of what you might be missing down below and stay tuned for highlight from next week's episode.
