Jordan Peele’s Nazi Hunting Show 'Hunters' Releases New Trailer
The show set in New York City in the ‘70s features Al Pacino, Tiffany Boone and Logan Lerman.
Jordan Peele’s Nazi-hunting series titled Hunters gets another trailer.
In the newest clip, the cast led by Al Pacino is spotted and main characters are called out by name. The cast includes Tiffany Boone, Logan Lerman, Jerrika Hinton, Josh Radnor, Kate Mulvany, Greg Austin, Louis Ozawa Changchien, Carol Kane, Saul Rubinek, Dylan Baker, Lena Olin, Ebony Obsidian, Julissa Bermudez and Henry Hunter Hall.
As we previously reported, the show follows a group of Nazi hunters living in 1977 New York City. The trailer showcases the expertise of each of the cast members.
At the start of the video Meyer Offerman (Pacino) attends a funeral for Jonah Heidelbaum (Lerman) whose grandmother was violently killed. Offerman divulges to Jonah that he knew his grandmother because they “went to the camps together.”
Jonah then shares, “She lived through all of that just to be shot in the living room by a burglar.” He adds that her death seemed personal, Pacino notes, “I supposed every murder is personal.” After this shared moment, Meyer recruits Jonah to join the hunting group and explains that he founded it with his deceased grandmother.
The Hollywood Reporter shares that the series is produced by Amazon Studios, Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions and Sonar Entertainment. Hunters was created by David Weil, he is also the series executive producer and co-showrunner. The show is officially slated to premiere globally on February 21, 2020.
