Jada Pinkett Smith Is Reportedly in Talks to Return for 'The Matrix 4'
Yayha Abdul Mateen-II recently joined the cast for the film.
Jada Pinkett Smith is currently in negotiations to return for the forthcoming The Matrix 4 film. According to a report by Deadline, Smith could return as Niobe, a role which she played in The Matrix Reloaded and Matrix Revolutions.
At the moment, the Warner Bros./Village Roadshow movie is set to star Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. Abdul-Mateen II is rumored to be playing a young Morpheus. Neil Patrick Harris is the latest actor to join the cast for the film.
Deadline reports that a few of Smith's most recent films have grossed $4.5 million: the Madagascar franchise, Collateral, Girls Trip and Bad Moms. She also is the host and executive producer of Facebook Watch's Red Table Talk which also stars her daughter Willow Smith and mother Adrienne Banfield-Norris.
