Watch Justin Timberlake & Alfonso Ribeiro Do "The Carlton" At A Golf Tournament
Justin Timberlake and Alfonso Ribeiro took time out amongst the sand traps and greens today, breaking into that old classic, the "Carlton Dance," during a celebrity golf tournament near Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Both men showed off their synchronized dance talents near the tee box after Ribeiro hooked a shot deep into the rough and almost out of bounds. Visibly frustrated with his performance, the actor seemed to seethe for a moment until Timberlake, decked out in a fedora/safari hybrid had joined him near the tee. The rest, as they say, is history.
Timberlake and Ribeiro were part of a massive field of sports and entertainment figures who participated in the American Century Celebrity Championship tourney, which took place Thursday and Friday. Also amongst the field was NBA great Charles Barkley, Emmitt Smith, Kevin Nealon, Jerry Rice, Aaron Rodgers and, of course, Larry the Cable Guy. Justin Timberlake, established golfer that he is, did not manage to win the just-for-fun competition, but in that moment of dance shared between him and Ribeiro, we all won. Watch their brief moment of synchronized movement below. Unfortunately, no Tom Jones was playing at the critical moment. Thankfully, there's Youtube.
