Kanye West Cancels Remaining Dates of The Saint Pablo Tour
After a performance at the Meadows Festival in Queens was cut short due to a family emergency (later revealed to be a gunpoint robbery of his wife in Paris) Kanye West rescheduled the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour, stretching out the sold-out spectacle into the very last days of the year. But ticket-holders were shocked to find that at the make-up shows West would do less performing than inexplicably rallying behind Donald Trump in the life-sized Cheeto's victory in the presidential election, not to mention calling out label-mates and supposedly close friends, Jay Z and Beyoncé, at a show in Sacramento this past weekend where he performed just a few songs and spent roughly 30-minutes doing hallmark Kanye rants before cutting the show short and abruptly leaving the stage.
Now West has cancelled the remainder of the tour with no explanation cited. However, Rolling Stoneconfirms that all tickets will be "fully refunded at point of purchase." Clearly an extra screw or two has come loose in the raddled brain of Kanye West, and while we empathize with any and all that may have missed their chance to see the polarizing hip-hop phenom, we have to join Talib Kweli in hoping the man gets well soon.
