In the clip, West briefly speaks with Letterman about velcro and being bipolar.
"When you're bipolar you have a potential to ramp up and it could take you to a point to where you start acting erratic, as TMZ would put it," West explains for the latter topic.
The trailer also features snippets from other conversations Letterman is having on the second season with Ellen DeGeneres, Tiffany Haddish, and others.
On the first season of My Guest Needs No Introduction, Letterman had Barack Obama, Jay-Z, George Clooney, Tina Fey, and others. On the show, Obama recalled the time he danced and showed off his "dad moves" alongside Prince.
"Prince asked Sasha to come up and dance and she's an excellent dancer. Then Sasha pulls me up which surprises me because she always mocks my dancing," Obama said. "I have dad moves."
When Jay-Z appeared on the show he recounted the moment when his mother came out to him, telling Letterman: "I mean, I really cried. That's a real story. I cried because I was so happy for her that she was free."
Season two of My Next Guest Needs No Introduction hits Netflix on May 31.
