Kanye West and Joel Osteen Are Linking up on a Yankee Stadium Show
The massive experience is set for May 2, 2020 according to a TMZ report.
Kanye West and Joel Osteen are linking up on an event at New York's Yankee Stadium set to take place in 2020.
TMZ reports that the duo is set to collaborate on a massive experience on May 2, 2020. The partnership will be a part of Osteen's "America's Night of Hope" series. The night will consist of the megachurch pastor doing what he does best and we're assuming Kanye will be joined by his Sunday Service choir.
This is Osteen's third "Night of Hope" at Yankee Stadium, it will be his first accompanied by West. A few weeks ago Kanye and his choir performed at the Houston megachurch pastored by Osteen. Sources have shared that the event was so successful that the Joel recently asked the rapper when they'd be doing a sequel. They both agreed that Yankee Stadium would work.
The announcement follows the release of Kanye's chart topping, religious album Jesus Is King. Upon its release, the project reached the No. 1 slot on Billboard's 200 list. It also accumulated 196.9 million on-demand audio streams despite its delayed drop date.
