The project finds him speaking on everything from the sexual assault allegations against Russell Simmons ("Russell Simmons wanna pray for me too/Wanna pray for him 'cause he got MeToo'd") to his controversial comment that slavery was a choice ("I say slavery a choice/they say how Ye"). In terms of guest appearances the album features Kid Cudi, Charlie Wilson, Ty Dolla Sign, and others.
The album has yet to appear on digital streaming platforms and the official tracklist hasn't been shared. However, the album is also being sold as part of merch bundles with the note that the "digital album will be delivered via e-mail upon global release on June 1."

Prior to this, West released two songs — "Lift Yourself" and "Ye vs. the People." Considering the songs played during the livestream, those two tracks will not be appearing on the album.
