Katt Williams Claims Atlanta Radio Host Wanda Smith's Husband Pointed A Gun At Him
This all began via a viral interview of Williams dissing Tiffany Haddish, as well as making multiple jokes directed at Smith.
Katt Williams was allegedly threatened with a gun at a comedy theatre in Atlanta.
The comedian told the Gwinnett County police Saturday night that LaMorris Sellers, the husband of Wanda Smith — a co-host for radio station V-103 — pointed a gun at him outside the Atlanta Comedy Theater, according to WSB-TV. Sellers told police that he chased Williams into a supermarket that was nearby but did not point a gun at him, claiming that his gun had fallen out of his waistband.

The incident stemmed from an interview Williams did with Smith previously, where the comedian proceeded to diss Tiffany Haddish, as well as ridicule Smith.
Following the interview and the alleged altercation between Williams and Sellers, Smith addressed both on the air. She said that at the comedy theatre Williams saw her and approached her, saying "I told you f**kin' with me will make you go viral." This led to Sellers chasing Williams into a Food Depot supermarket.
Because of legal reasons, Smith couldn't talk further about the altercation but she did discuss feeling "attacked" during her interview with Williams.
"I felt like, as he started to talk, in the beginning, he had an agenda to attack me and I kept feeling some type of way," Smith explained. "He kinda came for me. And I’m not that kind of comedian, like, I don't go tit for tat...When he started coming at me, it kinda threw me off. I didn't know how to come back…because that's not how I wanted to talk to him…because of the respect."
"I am not playing victim," Smith added. "I am not a jokester like that. I don't know how to do that. He did it. He won. It threw me off."
As for what the Emmy-winning Williams had to say about Haddish, that's below.
"[Haddish has] been doing comedy since she was 16. You can't tell me your favorite Tiffany Haddish joke. Why? Because she ain't done a tour yet. She ain't done a special. She has not proven the ability to tell jokes, back to back for an hour," he said. "[…] They all ready to down Mo'Nique and up somebody who has shown them Girls Trip. Did you think she wrote Girls Trip, goofball? Or do you think that was already a script and they handed it to her? It's up to you whatever you want to believe."
Haddish has since responded via Twitter.
