As noted by Variety, Chappelle will also be one of several presenters at this year's Grammy Awards.
The comedian will also be presenting alongside Alicia Keys, John Legend, Trevor Noah, and others, according to a report from Variety.
Lamar is up for seven nominations at this year's Grammys, only one nomination behind Jay-Z's eight.
Currently, Lamar, along with Top Dawg Entertainment, is curating the soundtrack for the forthcoming Black Panther film. So far two singles from the album have been released: “All The Stars” and “King’s Dead.”
“I am honored to be working with such an incredible artist whose work has been so inspirational, and whose artistic themes align with those we explore in the film,” Black Panther director Ryan Coogler said. “I can’t wait for the world to hear what Kendrick and TDE have in store.”
“Working on such a powerful movie is a great opportunity,” Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith added. “We’re always working on new goals at TDE, so teaming up with Disney, Marvel Studios and the Black Panther film makes perfect sense.”
This year's Grammy Awards will air live on CBS on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT.
