Meek Mill Has Been Released From Prison
Update: Meek Mill is expected to make his first public appearance. According to Daniel Victor, of the New York Times, he will be attending the Philadelphia Sixers vs. Miami Heat playoff game at Wells Fargo Center.

Meek Mill is free
Michael G. Rubin, the co-owner of the Philadelphia Sixers and New Jersey Devils, went on Instagram and revealed that Meek Millwas being released from prison.

Rubin wrote:

Kevin Hart, a longtime friend of Meek, confirmed the news on his Instagram page.
According to the Fader, representatives for Meek Mill then announced that the Philadelphia Supreme Court ordered bail for the rapper.
Meek Mill has gone to Twitter and released a statement:
Meek Mill has spent the last five months in prison, after violating his parole in November. Last week, the Philadelphia District Attorney announced that the rapper’s gun and drug convictions, which goes back to 2007, should be overturned.
