Earlier this week, the rapper was hit with a 46-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to federal weapons charges. During the trial for those charges, prosecutors attempted to prove the rapper was hardly reformed, pointing to an altercation from weeks prior, in which Kodak allegedly grabbed a corrections officer's testicles so hard that "his abdomen and intestinal wall were breached." The officer was hospitalized and is currently awaiting surgery for a hernia.
Speaking with XXL, Kodak's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, claimed "This is what happens when the government feels like they lost when a young man [gets] 46 months on filing a false document."
