In a new commercial for Bumbu rum, Weezy is proclaimed the G.O.A.T. (greatest of all-time) and positioned face-to-face with an actual goat. The commercial finds the Young Money mogul macking in his mansion before asking the goat to pass the Bumbu, while "A Milli" and "Lollipop," off his most acclaimed project Tha Carter III, play in the background.
In tandem with the campaign, the 35-year-old MC revealed his top five rappers of all-time.
On Wayne's list is Cam'ron, UGK, 8 Ball & MJG, Missy Elliott, and Jay-Z.
His choices are fitting, being that three out of the five selections from the New Orleans native are also from the south. Missy Elliott is an honorable mention in particular, as an artist who's influence on the landscape of hip-hop has been subtle yet striking throughout the last two decades. The Virginia MC expressed gratitude on Twitter, Tuesday.
