Mac Miller's Album "Swimming" Jumps to Top Ten on Billboard
The late rapper's album Swimming has returned to the top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart following his death this month.
Mac Miller's latest album Swimming has jumped back into the top 10 on the Billboard 200, following his death earlier this month.
The then 26-year-old Pittsburg rapper passed away on September 7. Swimming, which was released on August 3rd— just three weeks before Miller's death.
The album debuted at number three on the US Billboard 200. It has now re-entered the top ten at No. 6, selling 67,000 units in the week following Miller's passing— a 634 percent rise from the previous week.

According to Billboard streaming of the rapper's music jumped 970 percent, rising to 32.5 million from 3.04 million the day before news of his death surfaced. Swimming also landed at no. 1 on the Apple Music albums chart the weekend after Miller's death.
Miller died of a suspected drug overdose in his Studio City home on September 7.
