Martin Shkreli Found Guilty of Security Fraud, Faces Up To 20 Years In Jail
Terminal douchebaggery finally catches up with a real-life super villain
The cold gusts of justice are finally calling his name. According to the Washington Post, Martin Shkreli, better known to most as the man behind the criminal spike in cost of a HIV drug (and deprived the world of hearing Wu-Tang Clan's one-of-one, Once Upon A Time In Shaolin) has been found guilty on three of eight counts of security fraud by a New York jury.

Shkreli delusionally addressed the case as "a witch hunt of epic proportions" outside of the courtroom, even with three counts against him. He faces up to 20 years behind bars, though he will likely be served a far less severe sentence. The NYC jury (selected after nearly 300 potential jurors were dismissed) found that the former Pharma CEO had repeatedly lied to investors from two separate hedge funds about his education and the performance of their assets, effectively stealing $11 million from them in a Ponzi-ish scheme between 2009 and 2014.
