Meek Mill's Arresting Officer Listed Among Philadelphia's Corrupt Cops
The saga of Meek Mill's legal battle continues.
Reginald Graham, the officer who played a pivotal role in Meek Mill's 2007 arrest for gun and drug charges, is one of 29 current and former cops the Philadelphia District Attorney has placed on a "Do not call" list, warning prosecutors to keep them off their witness stands following allegations of misconduct.
The "secret" document— released to the public Tuesday and first obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer—lists police officers that the District Attorney's office actively keeps off the witness stand due incidences of "lying, racial bias, or brutality."

Graham was reportedly "investigated by federal authorities for several alleged acts of corruption" in 2013 for an undisclosed reason that is listed as "multiple incidences of corruption." He never faced any penalties because he retired before a hearing took place.
Officer Graham was the only witness in Mill's 2008 trial. Mill was 19 at the time of this arrest, and was sentenced to 10 years probation. He was sentenced in November 2017 to twoto 4 years in prison for violating probation.
Mill's lawyers filed a Post-Conviction Relief Act petition a few weeks ago. If they are granted the PCRA, it would discard Meek's former conviction, making him eligible for a retrial. Documents submitted by Meek's lawyers, they claim Graham often stole money that was found during searches and arrests, physically assaulted suspects, and admitted to another police officer that he beat up Meek in 2007 or 2008.
