Meek Mill's "Championships" is the Number One Album In the Country
Meek Mill just earned another win this year.
The Philadelphia rapper's fourth studio album, Championships debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 following its November 30 release.
This is Mill's first album since his release from prison in 2017. According to Billboard, Championships sold 229,000 equivalent album units, with 42,000 being traditional, physical album sales.

The album was released via Maybach/Atlantic Records and boasts features from Jay-Z, Rick Ross, Cardi B, Future, and more. His Drake collaboration, "Going Bad," is currently No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100— making this the highest charting single of Mill's career.
Championships is the 31-year-old artist's second number one album, following his 2015 project, Dreams Worth More Than Money.
