Miguel Shares Steamy New Ballad "Coffee (F***ing)" feat. Wale
Late last year, Miguel gave us a taste of what he's been cooking with the (unfortunately no longer available) nwa.hollywooddreams.coffee EP. But today we're seeing the closer of that three-track piece in what may be its final, fully-formed manifestation. "Coffee (F***ing)" was released in the wee hours of this morning, oddly enough, the perfect time to get close the one you love or lust for and bump. It's roughly the same track we heard back in December, mixed down and smoothed out for your listening pleasure with a few loving words from the DMV's own Wale; a strong indicator that falsetto-flecked crooner will be adding his hat to the pile of anxiously awaiting albums 2015 has thrown our way. And we couldn't be happier about it, specially if the brothers Paul (Jai & A.K.) are in the mix. D'Angelo may have had us in a sustained romantic bliss with "Really Love," but this here is the shinier, somehow cleaner take on the "wake up, and get to work" domain of raunch-fest ballads. And it's a great day in the morning, y'all. Warm up with Miguel's new single "Coffee (F***ing)" below.
