11 New Albums You Need To Hear This Week
Including new albums from Daft Punk, Madison McFerrin, Chuck Strangers, Russ, Nico Segal, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and more.
If it seems like a quiet week for new albums and/or mixtapes, you're just not looking hard enough.
Madison McFerrin delivered her long-awaited debut album, I Hope You Can Forgive Me. Chuck Strangers challenges the conventional runtime of an abbreviated project with his daggering and dynamic The Boys & Girls EP. And Radamiz and Thelonious Martin prove a potent pair on their new tape 2409 West Slauson.
There's also a deluxe edition of Daft Punk's (presumably final,) 2013 album, Random Access Memories, (which is caked with previously unheard bonus material,) and a new joint album from Ru$h and Tha God Fahim. But even that's just half of what you could add to your rotation.
Scroll on for all of the new albums you need to hear this week.
