Nicki Minaj Postpones North American Leg of Her Joint Tour With Future
Part of the NickiHndrxx Tour, which was slated to kick off in September, has now been postponed.
The North American leg of Nicki Minaj and Future's NickiHndrxx Tour has been postponed.
According to a statement from Live Nation, Minaj “has decided to reevaluate elements of production on the ‘NickiHndrxx Tour'” following her surprise performance at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards Monday night.
Minaj took to Twitter to note that her album’s two-month delay directly influenced the tour’s rehearsal time.
Minaj has not announced the rescheduled 2019 dates but added she’s “working on a M&G experience for the tour & will update [fans] ASAP.”

The postponement also follows unverified reports of low ticket sales.
Minaj responded to the reports on Instagram Wednesday writing, "I haven’t CANCELLED anything. I reversed the order of the US & EUROPEAN LEGS of my tour. This is for obvious reasons to anyone with a brain. My album was originally going to drop in June which would’ve given me 3 months of tour rehearsal. However, I was still writing & recording up to last week."
The new North American tour dates have not been announced yet.
