Rock, who signed his own deal with the streaming service two years ago for a reported 40 million dollars, recently spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about Barack and Michelle Obama's agreement with the service.
"I don't want to live in a world where President Obama is worried about his Rotten Tomatoes score," Rock said. "I want him above that at all times. Make your money, but I don't want [him] to be involved with that." When pressed further about the topic the comedian then added: "I'd just send them over to Donald Glover. That's what I'd do."
The deal between the Obamas and Netflix was announced two weeks ago on Twitter.
"President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have entered into a multi-year agreement to produce films and series for Netflix, potentially including scripted series, unscripted series, docu-series, documentaries, and features," the tweet read.
Following the announcement, numerous Conservatives took to Twitter to say they were boycotting Netflix because of the deal.
"Netflix deserves a boycott or a march. Changing my streaming service," one user wrote.
"#netflix you really sold out to the Obamas? Looks like I'll be canceling your subscription even before you price hike again," another said.
Some users also shared photoshopped versions of the company's red, black and white logo that read, "Cancel Netflix" and "No Thanks."
