Polydor May Have Accidentally Announced New Projects from Kendrick Lamar and Schoolboy Q
New year, new Kendrick?
Polydor Records, the European distributor of Interscope and UMG at large, claims new music is on the way from TDE titans, Kendrick Lamar and Schoolboy Q.
In a graphic that was posted to their Instagram story and has since been deleted (but could never escape internet standom,) the UK label lists the names of fifteen marquee artists (see below,) all of which have had a nice little gap between their last albums and the present.

As far as Q is concerned, a new project wouldn't be too big of a surprise. The Hoover Street hitter has claimed that his Blank Face LP follow-up has been complete for the better part of 2018. But Kendrick has been actively stating that there's nothing to look forward to as recently as a Los Angeles Times interview from earlier this month.
It could be a classic case of smoke and mirrors, but with less than 48 hours left in 2018, we won't have to wait too much longer to find out. Kendrick is nominated for a whopping seven Grammys in 2019 for his contributions to the Black Panther soundtrack and Jay Rock's "Win." Stay tuned for TDE's next transmission.
