Post Malone's Private Plane Makes Emergency Landing After Tires Blow Out
Artist Post Malone was one of 16 passengers on board of a private plane that suffered two blown out tires Tuesday afternoon.
The plane made an emergency landing at Stewart Airport, in Newburgh, New York.
According to the FAA, the Gulfstream Aerospace GLF-4 luxury jet took off on Tuesday morning from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. Soon after takeoff, the pilot reportedly realized the tires had blown and began circling the airport.
The plane was supposed to fly to London Luton Airport in Luton, England, but was redirected to an emergency landing near the takeoff site instead.
The plane landed smoothly, although the left tires were deflated. Soon after, Malone, born Austin Post, and his entourage were spotted on the ground with first responders.
Shortly after the landing, Malone update fans on Twitter writing, "i landed guys. thank you for your prayers. can't believe how many people wished death on me on this website. fuck you."
