Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings Announce 2014 Tour Dates
Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings cement the news of their return with the arrival of their Spring 2014 tour dates. The announcement follows the release of the official video for "Retreat", which coincided with recent news of their return to the stage. The tour comes ahead of Give The People What They Want - their highly-anticipated forthcoming LP, which is slated to arrive on January 14th after being delayed due to Jones' cancer diagnosis. The album was originally slated to drop this past August. The tour - their first full North American tour in two years - kicks off on February 6th at New York's Beacon Theatre and runs through mid-April with stops in Washington, Atlanta, New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago and Detroit.
