Bail has been set at $300,000.

In the final years of Stan Lee's life, the Marvel co-founder was plagued by scandal. Reports of abuse, fraud, and manipulation, began to surface as early as 2010. So many reports have surfaced, that an entire podcast was launched late last year to sort out the heroes from the villains. Now, at least one of those claims appears to be getting another look.

According to The HollywoodReporter, Lee's former business manager, Keya Morgan (pictured above,) was arrested on Saturday in Arizona and is awaiting extradition to Los Angeles, where Morgan was charged with suspected elder abuse and felony false imprisonment for convincing the late comic book pioneer that his life was in danger, insisting he move to a location that Morgan exclusively controlled. Morgan was also charged with allegedly taking more than $250,000 from various autograph signing events. His bail has been set at $300,000.

The aforementioned podcast, Stan Lee’s World: His Real Life Battle with Heroes and Villains, is hosted by Alan Duke, a CNN vet that was close to Lee and his inner circle at the time of his death. It details a litany of disturbing abuses against Lee from predatory business managers -- one of which was sued by Lee in 2017 for fraud and stealing a vile of his blood -- family friends, and even his own daughter, JC.
