Tekashi 6ix9ine Booking Shows Abroad, Buying Cars While on House Arrest

Tekashi was released early due to COVID-19 concerns.

Quarantine couldn't be any sweeter for Tekashi 6ix9ine. According to TMZ, the recently-released rapper has continued business as usual now that he's home.

Sources close to Tekashi say he's been fielding offers for concerts in Saudi Arabia, Australia, Europe, and South America. For the next three months, he'll be on house arrest. After that, his touring schedule only depends on shelter-in-place and travel plans.

Due to the spread of COVID-19 in prisons across the country, Tekashi was released from prison four months early. Months before his release, he signed a $10 million record deal with his former label 10K Projects. The deal calls for two albums, which he's reportedly working on in the meantime.

Previous reports suggest Tekashi declined entrance into witness protection. From the looks of TMZ's report, he doesn't plan to lay low anytime soon. A source close to him says the rapper has bought a fleet of luxury vehicles and watches upon his release.

In November 2019, Tekashi received a two-year sentence for his involvement in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods' racketeering ring and a string of altercations in New York in 2018. His cooperation with authorities saved him from a lengthy sentence.

According to TMZ's report, Tekashi's record deal with 10K Projects reportedly requires him to release on English album and one Spanish album. Stay tuned for further updates.
