The Weeknd dropped "Devil May Cry" his elegant contribution to the The Hunger Games: Catching Fire OST today. Painted against a gentle guitar riff and some awfully sweet choral arrangements that provide the proper vocal shading alongside the recently unveiled artist, the song builds to a feverish and epic peak; a throwback to the Toronto crooner's House Of Balloons days. With his top-flight falsetto in tact, the charismatic Canadian's addition to the soundtrack is joined by efforts from Santigold, Ellie Goulding and the industry's current wonder child Lorde. The latest cinematic rehash of a teen novel debuts in theaters next Friday November 22nd, but luckily you won't have to wait that long to hear the star-studded movie score because it is officially available to stream in its entirety via iTunes.
