Ty Dolla $ign Indicted on Felony Drug Charges for Cocaine Possession
The singer may face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
Ty Dolla $ign is facing major legal trouble stemming from a September arrest in Fulton County, GA, for possession of cocaine and marijuana.
According to a report in TMZ, the singer, born Tyrone William Griffin Jr., has been indicted by a grand jury on drug charges that include felony possession of cocaine. According to grand jury documents obtained by Rolling Stone, Ty Dolla $ign is charged on three counts — felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of THC, and misdemeanor possession of less than one ounce of weed.

If convicted, the 33-year-old artist could face up to 15 years in prison. Skrillex, the EDM producer who was with Ty Dolla Sign at the time of the arrest, was reportedly not found in possession of drugs when authorities searched their vehicle.
