OKP Exclusive: Photographer Ralston Smith Captures Yasiin Bey Live In SF At 1015

Yasiin Bey rocked live in San Francisco this past Thursday, April 23, making a rare stateside appearance at the new 1015 venue. An exclusive gallery from photographer Ralston Smith captures the Mos Def madness in all its glory. Taking the stage to a packed house at the Folsom Street club, Bey headlined the event which also featured sets from Jahi as PE 2.0, Antique and Soul from the O. The photos arrive as Bey preps to play Los Angeles tonight at The Mayan Theater with Fashawn and Exile. Bey - who has been touring select venues in recent days, including a stop in Minneapolis - will follow with a show at Metro Chicago on May 1st. No word yet on additional dates.
