Video: Yasiin Bey x Muhammad Ali "Dream" + "Word" [Short Films for Louis Vuitton]

Okayplayer and rhyme champion Yasiin Bey (FKA Mos Def) has starred in two new short films produced for couturier Louis Vuitton. In both shorts--titled "Dream" (below) and "Word" (after the jump)--Bey performs the poems (toasts, really, in the Dolemite tradition) of heavyweight champion, icon and iconoclast Muhammad Ali FKA Cassius Clay. Both were originally delivered by Ali in the run-up to legendary fights, "Word" being aimed at Sonny Liston and "Dream" for George Foreman--composed right before the "Rumble In The Jungle" bout immortalized in the film When We Were Kings. For the 3rd installment (?) maybe we'll get the toast Ali composed right before busting Superman's a**.
