Back in March, Phonte released his long-awaited sophomore album, No News Is Good News. It is one of the better rap albums released this year.
Now, three months later, Phonte has released the first video from the album.

The video is for the Marco Polo-produced "So Help Me God," the second song on the album. The video is ingenious; it features Phonte taking us on a tour of his lavish house, MTV Cribs style. The video ends with the rapper jumping into a pool and then snuggling up with a dog that looks a lot like DRAM's dog.

The release of the video comes days after Phonte linked back with Nicolay for a new Foreign Exchange song, called "June."
