For $30 You Can Rent Out The 'Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air' Mansion
However, there is a catch to booking the Fresh Prince mansion.
The mansion from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is now listed for rent on Airbnb for a limited time.
Will Smith announced the listing on Instagram Sunday, and captioned an image of the mansion with the following: "YOOOO!! Y’all think we should rent out the @freshprince house?? We’re making it happen with the squad at @airbnb!!"
"Ready for the freshest staycation ever? If this place looks familiar that's because it's just as fly as it was when I first rolled up the driveway," Smith wrote on the listing description for the mansion on Airbnb. "I'm back. And this time, I'm handing you the keys so you’ll have my wing of the mansion all to yourself - but my sneaker collection is off limits, aight?"
The mansion is available to rent out for $30 but there is a catch. The mansion will only be available to book for five nights next month: October 2, 5, 8, 11 and 14. As CBS News notes, only groups of two are permitted and they must be L.A. County residents in order to rent.
In related news, the Fresh Prince reboot has been picked up for two seasons at Peacock, NBCUniversal’s new streaming service. Smith, as well original Fresh Prince producer Quincy Jones, will be executive producing the reboot. Morgan Cooper, the director of the fan-made Bel-Air trailer that the reboot is based off, will co-write the script, direct and be credited as a co-executive producer.
