Live Stream George Floyd's Final Memorial Service

The private service is taking place in Floyd's hometown of Houston.

On Tuesday afternoon, George Floyd's friends and family came together for his final funeral services. The private event is taking place at The Fountain of Praise Church in Houston, Texas. Stream the service on ABC News, CSPAN, and CBS.

The memorial will begin with the funeral service. Afterward, the procession will make its way to the final burial spot. For the last mile of the procession, a horse-drawn carriage will pull Floyd's casket to the plot. Floyd's body will be buried next to his mother.

The Reverend Al Sharpton delivered Floyd's eulogy. Democratic representative Al Green also delivered remarks.

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden delivered a video message at the service, citing a viral video featuring Floyd's daughter, Gianna. "When there is justice for George Floyd," Biden remarked, "we will truly be on our way to racial justice in America. And then--as you said, Gianna--your daddy will have changed the world."

Guests at the ceremony include Houston Texans defensive tackle JJ Watt, Channing Tatum, Tyler Perry, Jamie Foxx, and Floyd Mayweather. Recording artist Ne-Yo appeared as a musical guest. On Monday, thousands attended a public viewing for Floyd. In Washington, D.C., Democratic representatives unveiled a plan for police reform in the wake of global protests.

The Democrats' plan includes a national police misconduct registry. Additionally, the plan calls to ban police from using chokeholds and mandate the use of body cameras and dashboard cameras. The ban would also ban no-knock warrants for drug cases, like the one that lead to the Louisville Police Department's involvement in Breonna Taylor's death.
