Snoop Dogg Shares How He & Eminem Stopped Beefing: “I Felt Like I Was Out of Pocket”
"I felt like I was out of pocket. I apologized to him," Snoop Dogg said during a new Breakfast Club interview.
Snoop Dogg has publicly expressed that he and Eminem are back in good graces.
On Wednesday, during Snoop’s The Breakfast Club interview, he cleared up how the two decided to squash their differences after he revealed Eminem wasn’t in his Top 10 rappers of all time list in 2020.
Previously, Snoop mentioned Eminem was regarded as a rapper due to his affiliation with Dr. Dre. Now, according to the California rapper, the two had a long conversation that included an apology from Snoop.
“Man, I love Eminem! The thing is that we love Hip Hop so much, we competitive, we battle rappers, so that was supposed to trigger that in him,” he shared as he spoke about the Top 10 rappers list. “But we brothers and we family so we learned to appreciate each other for what we do and how we get down, and we had a long conversation about the respect that we have for each other and the way we need to talk in public about each other.”
He also added:
“I felt like I was out of pocket. I apologized to him and I let him know that I’m just bettering myself. I make mistakes, I ain’t perfect, I’m Snoop Dogg.”
By now we’re sure you’ve already heard both Snoop Dogg and Eminem will perform at the Super Bowl LVI slated for February 2022. Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar are also headliners.
