In the wake of the death of Kobe and Gianna Bryant, T.I. paused to express love for his family.

The news of Kobe Bryant and his daughter's tragic passing caught the world by surprise on Sunday. As athletes and entertainers alike shared their condolences, one of the country's most reviled fathers took a moment to reflect. View the full statements on T.I.'s Instagram.

"I love you Mrs. H.," he said to Tiny. "I know I've had my moments, but...despite all my shortcomings and transgressions the fact remains...Give me a thousand choices & I'd choose you every time."

In a separate post, T.I. continued to apologize to his daughters individually. Additionally, he shared a message for his four sons Messiah, Domani, King, and Major.

"I love you girls more than my vocabulary will allow me to express. Please forgive me for any and all imperfections that cause misunderstandings between us," he said. "Charge my mind, not my heart...I just Can't let another second go by without letting you know while we're still here in this life together...You have ALL MY LOVE FOR ALL MY LIFE...&AFTER!"

In November, T.I. sparked outrage after revealing that he accompanies his daughter Deyjah to the gynecologist's office for yearly checkups. In the wake of the outrage, the New York Senate even introduced a bill that would subject doctors to penalties and criminal charges for purity exams like T.I. described.
