In case you somehow missed the memo, Eddie Murphy shut it all down last night as the host of Saturday Night Live's decade-closing episode.

And the guest list was appropriately extensive. Following an opening monologue that featured pop-in appearances from Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, and Tracy Morgan, Murphy went on to revive all of his classic characters. Velvet Jones was a contestant on Black Jeopardy. Buckwheat snuck into The Masked Singer. Mister Robinson made a wholesome-ish transmission. And Gumby closed out Weekend Update with a self-righteous screed.
