The Last 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' Trailer Features All the Villains the Multiverse Can Handle
Spider-Man: No Way Home hits theaters on December 17th.
If you were wondering just how many Peter Parkers can fit into a single movie, the new trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home may have provided an answer.
Released today (nearing exactly one month until its release,) the latest preview of the highly-anticipated cap on Spider-Man's MCU tenure fills in some blanks and creates a few more all at once. Where our first glimpse at the film teased a number of revived villains (presumably from the recent multiverse-fraying events of Loki) and an oddly reckless Dr. Strange tapped by Parker to wipe the world's memory of his actual identity, the new trailer and a freshly-released poster for the film confirm the return of the Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus,
Out on December 17th, Spider-Man: No Way Home will likely mark the final appearance of Tom Holland's Peter Parker in the MCU proper, as the actor's contract is rumored to be fulfilled with No Way Home, which will serve as Holland's sixth outing as the wall-climbing and web-slinging Queens teen. Fear not, though. Marvel has already (sort of) announced the return of Spidey at this year's Disney+ Day event, where the studio revealed a new animated series centered on Parker's first year of high school is in the works (likely providing an origin story for Parker, who kind of just landed in the MCU without much explanation.)
